Try to be patient and compassionate with yourself. When you recognize the futility of an old pattern so clearly, it's about to change! A short time later, you will suddenly begin to respond differently, in a more positive way.. This is imperative in keeping or establishing a center, many of us have been born into broken families with extreme highs and lows. Not knowing exactly what a center is. It is during this time that a person learns to hold emotions at arms reach, by not overreacting or excessively feeding these negative emotions — Eventually, we learn how to elevate emotions or change the energy state of old negative behaviors to more healthy behaviors!
