I tend to tell myself that I've gone through worse and that I'll be fine. Whatever transition I may be going through is painful, but I'll create a space for myself where I'll feel safe and happy. But yeah, I am trusting of my capabilities of getting past it. I can struggle but doesn't mean I won't get through it.

"I am not alone, I am loved, I am worthy" I repeated this over and over to myself back during a bad depression period, and I occasionally still do so when I start to feel off. Positive mindset helps, but reminding myself that even though I feel worthless and lonely, I still have so many good people in my life that are just waiting to hear from me.
