Overstimulation

Holidays have taken their toll on me, that's not to say that I didn't enjoy it, but definitely felt overwhelmed. Family came in out of town and they left today. I slept for 12 hours lol But! I'm feeling recharged and my spoon drawer is refilled. Anyone else have a similar experience?
