Tuesdays of an old soul.
As I was reading the “Atomic Habits” by James Clear, I found a letter I write to myself last December 2022 while we are having a vacay at the beach as family. Writing letters and receiving hand written letters are part of me. 2022 was really a tough year for most of us. But then, as I tracked down why most of the time I felt drained and disappointed? Due to lack of discipline and courage. We tend to plan bigger goals but failing to break it into smaller ones. Thus, sometimes the best thing that you can do for yourself is as little as possible. Do not pressure yourself.Line upon line, precept upon precept. We’ve got this.🙌 Let me know if this radiates on you too. Stay safe, loves!🫶🫶
