What do you do when you have nothing to do on your day off or the weekend?
I'm always bored in my room these days and whenever it's nasty out or I needed to do something today I end procrastinating and just wasting my whole day off and I could've done something about today you know

Honestly this has been a huge struggle for me, and a common talk in therapy. Do something small, yet productive. You will feel better for not having wasted your time. Seriously I started small, like set a timer for just 10 minutes to clean the apartment. Do the dishes. Brush your teeth. Take a shower. It doesn’t matter how big it is, just do something productive. Start small and work up to bigger habits. I used to do 10 minutes of yoga three times a week. Now I do minimum 10 minutes everyday before work, and sometimes after work. It seems small and stupid, but the impact is profound. Anytime you want to say you wasted the day, you now have evidence to the contrary. (edited)
