Sleep less stupid : Gratitude
So according to Andrew, in order to feel Gratitude, you don't have to list what you're grateful for with all of the reasons you feel so. You have to do this instead ; 🩵 Remember a story of someone helping another one who was in hard situation, and how that person felt grateful to them. 🩵Or remember a moment when you were genuinely thanked for helping someone. Gratitude is a natural anti-inflammatory, 5 minutes a week of feeling Gratitude can reduce TNF-alpha & IL-6 which are inflamamtion factors ! (edited)
