Really think about it.
Everyday, when you go to work, or to the store or go to school, we pass hundreds to thousands of people, every single day. We have no idea who they are or what they are going through. They could have just gotten a promotion or lost their job. They could have just had a child, or lost one. We have no idea what these people go through because we are limited by our own perspectives. Just like they are. We may not all be 100% the same or going through the same things at that time, but we are all going through life limited to ourselves, and we as humans sometimes have a hard time seeing past just ourselves.
