Don't look towards a relationship with someone as the means to give you a completeness or fulfill things you feel might be missing in your life. Partners aren't solutions, they're equals to walk the path with. It's ok to admit struggle, to admit the need for help and to seek it, to talk and to argue and make mistakes; most of all, you deserve to value and love yourself to see worth in you just being you. Focus on finding that self love first, if you need help to do that don't make an excuse not to get it; forming a relationship with someone doesn't come with an expiry, don't put the pressure on yourself to get one and get it right. You can conquer the demons even when it seems impossible, sending you love ❤ (edited)

You can find what is the main cause of your trauma and then when you are in a relationship when you get to that level of trust then you talk about your trauma with that person so they can assist you in feeling better in your yourself and you will feel truly safe and trusting in your relationship
