I need advice. How do u overcome the memories and linger feelings thats suddenly hits you after years or months of break up? Cuz ive been so busy doing all i can to make myself busy enough to not succumb to the sudden pops up, but it constantly coming in. And it struck me dead, and squeezed my chest, and sometimes i disturbed my daily activites, and in some nights its haunts me and i cant shake this.. What should i do? Everything i do always made me unconsciously thinks of her, and the moments..
