Option A: Great company benefits like internet costs paid for, half day birthday-leave, slightly shorter working week (like 30 minutes shorter each week), free food in fortnightly meetings (Catered lunch), modern work mobile, flexible work hours (9 day fortnight option, start work early or late at your convenience), free access to additional learning/wellbeing resources. Option B: Or would you prefer higher pay like ($2k to 3k higher) & not have as many company perks? ... Or could it really depend more on the actual job itself?!

It would 100% depend on the job. Ideally I want a job I enjoy doing, I want a job that doesn’t feel like work. But out of those two options, I’d definitely go with the higher pay with less perks.
