Needy?
Does anyone else feel like they need to be texting someone constantly. Like, it feels wrong to go so long without messaging someone. Almost like you're needy af and need attention 24/7. I sometimes feel abandoned if someone I like or someone I'm friends with doesn't talk to me for like 2 minutes. Ugh I feel needy and I don't like it lol

Honestly, I can understand this. I try to reach out to my friends pretty routinely to keep in touch. Even when I understand that they're probably busy, it makes me a bit sad if I don't hear from them. There's no friendship degradation on my end lol but I will probably at some point think maybe they don't like me anymore even if there's no other reason to think that

Excluding the sense of abandonment, you may want to work on that one, desiring the attention and affection of the person you admire is normal. feeling needy every now and then isn't bad or irregular, it's very human. The question is are you patient enough to not BE needy? Do your friends or interests call you needy? Or is this just introspection?

I hate it... When you accidentally forget to message that person one morning and then they come at you with a passive-aggressive message reminding you that you never messaged them that morning... Sometimes I'm just happy to be alone.

Yeah I kinda feel like that sometimes. I like talking and feeling vonnected with people so it can feel a bit isolating when I'm not doing that. I think its good to appreciate the time you spend on your own though. Maybe thats something you can think about 🙂

Not to be rude but it sounds like dependancy to some degree. At least you''re aware but you have to be able to function alone/on your own...... but i totally get it. Some days we as humans just need that social piece. Just be cautious so it DOESNT becomes dependancy. Not because its a bad quality but will ultimately hinder your quality of life.
