No one talks about how hard it’s to hear things like "I love you" "you're important to me" "I would never lie to you" or even nicknames like "babe" after going through a bad breakup recently. Everything seems like a lie to you or that they will do the same thing as the other person, which is why it’s so important to heal before reconnecting with someone else. Breakups are as painful as the grieving process, it hurts so deeply to yearn for that person's touch or the sound of their voice,etc...but you're knowlonger together for a reason (s). Try to use this time to learn about yourself, what you will allow in your future relationships and to heal.
