Depends on a few things: what's it about, is it a constant thing, daily thing, etc. But in most relationships I've had, I want to help

I, personally, get overwhelmed by others strong emotions. I tend to experience others emotions stronger than my own. Perhaps it is because there is a sense of powerless involved which is hard to handle.

If it one think I don't like is when a women comes to me crying. It makes me sad because I hate fo see it. I feel for the person crying and wanna do all that I can to help them but what if all they needed was to let that cry out then I try to make sure I listen and be there for them.

Why should I do anything for somebody who wouldn't do the the same for me? If it were the other way around they'd only judge me.
