First post on here yay! 🥳
As someone who has crohns for 10 years now, it's been tough to figure out a balance and constantly fighting your body on a daily basis. What's helped me the most is a strict diet. I haven't eaten popcorn or nuts and avoid small hard foods that cause inflammation. Also when the pain gets too much I'll start to fast to give my lower intestines a break. Sometimes I don't eat to 3 to 5 days to let my body recover. Hopefully I helped at least one person with this post.

I salute u for coming forward and talking about ur situation. Its something that is there and a part of you and of who u r and I appreciate u sharing n telling us about u to get to know u better. And I guess if u take the right medication n u prevent urself from eating certain food, it is under control. 🥰😘
