One sided chat vs interactive chat

Conversation is so important in dating, whether online or in person. Each person has to be interactive and engaged. This is something that I come across 9 in 10 chats, individuals who put no effort to create engaging / interactive conversations. Answering questions does not count as interactive or engaging conversations. For the love of all things holy, we must normalise interactive conversation and both parties being active participants.
