Don't forget to check the wandering merchant in the forest south of your farm for some rare or out of season items on Fridays and Sundays

I always find growing crops and stuff much less of a hassle if I upgrade my watering can and the other basic tools early on :D 
But anyway, just don't overthink the game and enjoy it :D

I have only played on ps. I would say to try and use fetalizer as much as possible to sell for a better profit or for the community center.

Water your crops, don't bother with basic sprinklers, make friends with NPCs, keep 5 of every item, get the backpack as soon as you can.

I mean. I have a Switch... But, it mostly collects dust. I thought we were getting a better 3DS. But, no. It's a paperweight without games or internet. 3DS at least had inbuilt things to do. Not saying I don't have games. I do. I'm just confused as to why Nintenderp would give us such a crisp screen and decent speakers- if we can't listen to, and watch what we want on it.

You definitely want the PC version instead. Not only does it already have the 1.6 update, but the game has an amazing modding community for infinite replayability that you miss out on with consoles.
