That's just one of many terms, think about carrying in the sense of bearing the load for others. It makes sense when you realize it's an analogy. Feeding fuels the enemy, and those who eat grow. Grinding is excessive process to achieve a result ( think mortar and pestle or blender going too slow). Etcetera. Although, there are several gaming words people use that I still don't get. "Smurf in the lane" Is that a joke about them being blue or ridiculously OP, because those are the only two things I can think of where I've seen it used?
