I was addicted to League
For 5 years, i was addicted to League of Legends. Especially on mobile, everytime i have a spare time i'll use it to play League. But, it's been a month since i decided to stop playing it and to be honest, i felt so much better. I have stopped the habit of trastalking and being toxic, i have a better sleep time, eat well, and feeling my social skills a little bit better. Just sharing my experience, hehe
