It really depends on the game, the difficulty and your mood...
Used to play lots of competitive stuff (league, R6, CsGo -rip-, Dota2) and that was maddening, I still remember all the fury that playing those games basically guaranteed...
Nowadays it's more relaxed co-op(ISH) stuff, like Sea of thieves Fallout 76, Stardew Valley, Minecraft and coop Age of Empires 2.
Honestly all it takes is a good duo partner
