Dealing with low energy
I am coming out of a long stretch of super long work hours where I ate a lot of extra sugar and caffeine to keep me awake. So, I gained a bunch of weight. I’m in the process of losing that weight now that the long work hours are done with. The problem is that I have NO energy to do exercises that will start making me feel like I am again among the living. What can I do NOW while fasting that will give me a little energy boost when I feel too tired to do a situp? (edited)

Does anyone have tricks to help with period pain?
Mine gets so bad I've gone to the hospital on multiple occasions and sometimes sleep in the shower trying to relieve the pain. Mydole doesn't work for me and i dont feel like overdoing it on tylonol or aspirin.
