Touch and Loneliness
Imagine being the only one in your family who's love language is physical touch and then having your entire family be a bunch of people who hate being touched, when I'm sad or really just need a hug I can't ask any of them for a hug cause they will either say no or aren't in the mood, or if I just go in for a hug being pushed away or having them recoil just hurts my heart..... What would you do if you were in my situation? Cause It just makes me feel like I'm alone all the time

I grew up in a similar environment and dare to say that I can understand how you feel. At some point you realize that the only way to get that touch, that physical closeness is to have a partner. That however might come with its own challenges and sometimes anything but easy to obtain. The fact that it turns into a need might even make things worse. Here's what I suggest. If you think that for you a romantic relationship is beyond reach at the moment, you might try to find a (platonic) friend who's willing to cuddle. Another possibility is joining a cuddling group. These are small groups where people meet to cuddle with each other in a safe space with clear rules and boundaries. As last resort there are specialized cuddling therapists that take on individual patients and cuddle with them, but they cost like a therapist.
