If you're suffering right now

Question

There's a lot of it going around and more is coming 
We probably don't know each other 
We may never say a single word to each other 
We might not even speak the same language 
We may have different views on how the world works

And I want you to know from the bottom of my heart that none of those things detract from the message below.

I feel you
You exist
I invite you to put meaning to this suffering if you haven't already 
It will change everything(it did for me)

The best advice I've ever received when it comes to enduring suffering

Be gentle. This too shall pass.
