Who has read at least one full chapter of the Bible?
Even an easy one like Genesis, Exodus, or one of the Gospels. If so, what made you decide to read it, and what was one takeaway you got from the stories? It doesn't necessarily have to be religious or spiritual, but it could be. I want to learn how people engage with the Bible when they read it vs being preached about it (how most people learn the stories). I figured the people of #philosophy are probably the most likely to have actually cracked open the book.

I love your insightful approach of learning and understanding things. Having read the Bible, I feel like there are so many ways to interpret so many things. Some literally, some metaphorically, some as a guideline to live, some as ways to discipline, some as nuggets of truth and wisdom. No one is going to completely agree on how they see and interpret, to what degree of accuracy it was recorded etc, but I believe that there is wisdom, truth, and peace to be taken from it. 🙏

Amend and Forgive
The process of making amends can be grueling. Getting in touch with those you've wronged to make it right doesn't always go as planned. Sometimes it makes things worse, sometimes it makes them better. Sometimes it changes the other persons' life. Sometimes it's impossible to even get in touch with... (edited) read more
