I try to wait to cry until I'm alone. Other than that I try to realize that often they have the problem and it has nothing to do with me. Like if someone hates women and says something really upsetting, I try to remember it's based on their experiences and not that it has anything to do with me. I also have worked on my self confidence. I remember the things I'm good at and what I've accomplished. I think about how I try to do my best. Feeling more secure in myself has helped added armor, too. But sometimes I just cry it out and I usually feel better.

I feel as if I'm the most sensitive person I know and to be honest with you it's almost impossible not to be. People always talk about the positives of being sensitive but not the negatives. I try not to be too sensitive by sometimes telling myself to be selfish, emotionally detach & surrender myself to the universe.

As an INTP prolly not the one to answer bc I find it easy to detach and people regularly get angry at me, as I seem so calm when I should not be. But the answer for me is basically just: Overthinking everything until I see every outcome of every situation, then I can mentally prepare in advance. Or just dgaf, it is one of these 2

I'm super sensitive but I don't let it bother me. I've always felt fighting it was giving me too much stress. It comes in handy though when someone's yelling at me and I start crying. They will usually stop yelling because of it.
