To miss

I do miss to go to the gym... Now I'm in a new country and new city is impossible to find time to go ... First o need to schedule my job and studies, time for eat... I do meditate but isn't enough... I need machines, iron, sweat, I need weight into my life! But cero stress!

Spontaneous jog

You ever start a night walk in your slippers that turns into a warm up, because your body heat is rising so you check the time, go in the house grab your sneakers and start running? I did that last night. Made it back home in an hour got a good sweat in, surprisingly for how chilly it was. (edited)
