Woke up with tons of emotions today so I needed an alone time.. Instead of crying, I chose to do cardio and Pilates. And after that, I stroked my own head. You just need to be better than yesterday, not better than other people…

In my opinion, the most important thing is that you can skip it for your face apart from sunscreen when leaving the house...?

In my opinion, one of them is makeup😍☺️ because if I don't dress up I'm really sluggish, my body automatically gets a fever and my head gets a bit dizzy.
