Shredded chicken stir fry with jasmine and furukake

Last day for the shredded chicken. Wish it didn't make it look like a bowl of some boo chit 😂. I homemaker my sauce from a mixture of mirin, guchujang, soy sauce, honey and oyster sauce for a sweet and spicy abomination of east Asian cultures.

Breakfast is very important.

Healthy meal 50/50: Sandwich, yellow and green shredded egg yolk floss (homemade - the sandwich itself is homemade), store-bought shredded egg yolk floss, and a black Americano.(Grated egg yolk is called "Foy Thong" in Thai.) (edited)

We had a really bad storm a couple hours ago. High wind, rain and unfortunately hail. Absolutely wrecked my garden. I container garden.
