Now I Know

Long story short my newest kettlebell didn't arrive so I could do another sequence with pears so I had to come up with a backup plan that was doing Tabata with my body weight on a kettlebell which is typically eight rounds or 4 minutes of work which is 20 seconds on 10 seconds off and this was hell and torture combined. I don't know if I will ever try doing kettlebell swings Tabata style with my body weight ever again haha maybe

Armor Building

It wasn't enough doing the AthleanX deltoid dozen or the super sets of weighted pull ups to 5 log push presses with my 3RM, no lol I had to do 4 rounds of this 😉

What's the World Record

Is there a #worldrecord air squat? 9mins was my longest, inadvertently, so, after jogging, sprinting, and doing transverse plane work with my clubbells and kettlebells, I held for 10mins. Toes still tingling. About 1.5ish seconds to stand up straight lmao good blood rush through the knees after some pacing

Shakes

Normally i give the shakes, yet i did it to myself. Here's a warm-up set of swinging press over lunges before the final set with the 12kg club, which was 10 BHN squats, alternating swinging press over lunges 10 each leg, then switched to my weaker side and did 10 swinging press overs to alternating lunges (cut the swinging volume in half, then BHN lunges, 20 each leg to get back to the starting point. 10 squats and 40 lunges (40 each leg)? Yeah my legs are shaking

Better

9 times out of 10 conditioning>cardio. HIIT is a version of conditioning lol and yes LISS cardio has its own benefits which is why I also train cardio, but often times conditioning is better than cardio
