Achieved 60kg 6 reps squats

Its been 1.2years ihabe been going to the gym from 45kgs to 61kg bg i have finally achieved 60kg squats

Making progress brag (and a bit of a beginners experience)

Started working out 2 months ago. Better not risk further injury

I was really cautious of my sprained wrist, but also my wrist extensors are really aching, so I had to decrease the weight and use a pause to make time under tension. My shoulders ran out of energy but don't feel sore. I think I'll train shoulders again tomorrow via isometric contraction anyway in... (edited) read more
