4I don't think so. At least not when raised in a Christian household. This is definitely not pro religion. sadly, a lot of us are taught how we are expected to act, be, and how to treat men in order to be considered "good women". There isn't a lot of room for autonomy. It's more about how we can serve them. I've never been taught what to expect from men, which is part of why I had so much trouble with dating. I also believe that's why there's such a turn around for how we teach young women today. That we are and can be more than just "good women". That we can and should expect reciprocation and certain treatment from men (or partners, who ever you choose to date).
