I personally prefer dad bods over six packs. I feel intimidated by men with six packs. But honestly, all bodies should be accepted as long as they are healthy.

I have more of a barrel chested physique. Probably fits better to the dad bod area. But shii, I've been told I'm comfi as someone could be. As for mom bods ~ I've been with a few women who have children, and their physiques have been largely different. I mean, some stretch marks here and there, but that hasn't ever bothered me.
