Is it really bad to be broken

Tell me what's your rage what's something that burns deep in you that broke you but you seem  happy but deep inside you are broken

I have had many points of break throughout my life. At 16 I met the love of my life but had a weird and unstable view of myself and an intense view of romance  (the view on romance never changed much) + picked up a server alcohol addiction so I fouled that relationship up pretty well. He married the next girl he dated. I moved. At 18 I tried meat for the first time in my life, had an identity crisis, had to find a reason to carry on. At 21 I learned to live alone and actually I think this unbroke me a bit. At 27ish I am told I went threw a psychotic break. It was a very different experience. I found this to be the most difficult experience of my life because of how people looked at me even after I recovered fully (including giving up alcohol and nicotine). There is doubt, so much doubt of my character since that hardship.

Lost my dad at 13 was groomed and raped for 3 or 4 months and raped again by the same man at 16 had the child at 17 and still have her. It kills me to look at her sometimes
