I like it, but I’m worried it would be too difficult for children. Even for normal people you should build up to doing puzzles like this. 2 colors to connect would be easy, 3 colors for medium difficulty, 4 colors for hard, and maybe 5 colors for challenges. Something like this for gradually progressing up to what we see in the video.
