Both of minenhave been mentioned already. The Deadspace series is great for both jump scares and psychological. SOMA is just, something else. If you want to have an everlasting heart attack ended by feeling like a horrible person, it's the game for you.

Played this for a while in short doses. Objectively the game is great. Graphics are wonderful, the puzzles are interesting and sometimes challenging.
