So, i got the results from my MRI test today and... They found nothing wrong. My MS hasnt progressed or flared, and the lesion on my brain is still stable. Juicing

My therapist recommended exposure therapy for my gun phobia so today I’m downloading a Sword Art Online PS4 game that takes place in Gun Gale Online and I also ordered a BB gun, once I get comfortable with the video game I can try holding a BB gun

Because seriously 😐 last year I wasn’t even able to look at a picture of a gun. Now I’m all the way up to JRPG video games and buying an airsoft pistol. That’s progress according to my therapist 🤷‍♂️

Well I shaved my unibrow. I got tired of having too much eyebrow hair above my nose. According to my girlfriend I should only trim it once every 3-4 weeks. Over trimming your eyebrow 🤨 hair isn’t healthy and can make you look downright awkward 😬

My blood test results came back. I don’t have low ferritin or hemoglobin, normal cholesterol including HDL, normal glucose, normal red and white blood cell count, normal minerals, normal everything. I was worried for no reason 😮‍💨
