What is your motivation to diet or be healthier??

Good Morning After receiving the results of the medical check-up, as a condition for going on Hajj, there is a lot that needs to be improved in terms of eating and exercise habits. The hardest part is reducing carbohydrates, even though I've been doing Intermittent Fasting since December last year. But usually I'm still stubborn about eating my favorite snacks. My health test results were bad🤣🫣.in the sense of high cholesterol, uric acid and sugar. So I have to diet in several ways and have to go for a walk in the morning (I'm used to this), have to drink enough water and get enough rest. As the owner and head of a cooking school, it's actually quite difficult to avoid carbohydrates because I have to taste lots of new foods. Sometimes the teacher sends food for me to try.And this is often done if there is new online class material. Not to mention cakes, drinks that they send as gifts. But I'm trying not to eat for a while. Because in mid-May I have to leave for Hajindan, I have to be healthy. My biggest motivation to live a healthier life is my children. What makes you want to be healthier? #question
