Please tell me that I am not alone here
Please could someone tell me, is it normal that after 3 months, I still mourn the breakup with my ex? I am 25 and he was my first true actual love that I ever had in my life, and when it ended after 5 years, seemingly, my whole world stopped spinning. For him it was so easy to forget, he forgot in no more than a day it seemed like. Am I the only one like that or do some people out there too suffer long time from breakups? everywhere on the internet it says to just move on, like its somehow easy to do.. it is really not easy.

I spent almost a decade mourning a breakup from my first girlfriend. I found her, tried to be in a new relationship with her but I realized some things are just not meant to be. You might just need closure to be able to move on. Have you tried reaching out to him? (edited)
