From my experience, yes it makes it easier to get attraction, but doesn't convert to love. If a person is attractive, but arrogant, I wouldn't want to spend a single minute with that person. But, many people do ignore all negative traits of attractive people and lead to disappointment, which lead them to make nonsense videos abusing an opposite gender.

Physical attraction matters, but other types of attraction also speak lots. I lose interest instantly if I notice they are arrogant, selfish, do not respect elders, are easily attracted to other women, get angry fast, swear a lot, drink, smoke, etc. I don't even see men who do that as handsome nor attractive; I definitely cannot look past those things and label them that.

Women care more about the physical attraction than we men do, but ultimately that doesn't really hold much in a relationship if you're just going base by looks... I mean the proof is in the pudding man, just look at what any other tags of what these women and men post and you'll see what I mean. You have to bring in more than just your looks in order to actually date someone with marriage in mind if you actually want something to last... You do have to have some level of a personality. Most importantly though be genuine, there's nothing worse than somebody pretending to be something else when they're in a relationship.
