I forgot this app existed for months
Anyway, in those months I did get my official adult diagnosis for ADHD and autism. It has changed nothing in my life, but it's affirming at least I guess. Here's a picture of my cat with his chin on the table

I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism two years ago and am still struggling with the ramifications from it. My family could care less and much like yourself, it really hasn’t improved my life that much. But for me at least, it helps fill in many of the missing pieces from the years before the diagnosis.

Today I have an appointment for diagnosis. I wish if we had good psychologists. I spoke to 4 of them and they just want to judge without trying to listen and understand my thoughts and feelings. 😔💔

Question
Is this just a me issue? I have always been harrassed over the fact that I "mumble". My issue is when I try to speak at what I THINK is an appropriate level it sounds like I am yelling in my head. Yet I have never been accused of speaking too loudly. 😓
