Welp im single again.

Does anyone have experience with infatuation relationships? Then eventually you realize they never really loved you . They loved the things you did for them . What’s a good way to avoid this? I know I could just “not be so doting” but it’s who I am when I care about someone, packing lunches, cleaning something for them , making date plans ect. It’s my love language to do things especially when together tending to thier needs . I admit when I’m dating a partner exclusively I wanna see them a lot so I’m probably no exception.
