I have a student who is Deaf with cochlears. She is an absolute powerhouse and is learning one of the hardest instruments to play. She is thorough and hardworking but most importantly, enjoys her lessons and has found her confidence. Although she can hear me, I would love to learn more British Sign Language to be able to communicate when she is playing. I know a few words but it's hard to research musical terms in BSL. I wonder if anyone has any experience with BSL and I can pick their brains?
