So, this popular philosophy basically says: it's usually better to take action, even if it doesn't work out, than to do nothing at all. 

The idea is that when you actually do something — even if you fail or make mistakes — you gain real experience, valuable lessons, and a sense of closure. You learn from it and eventually move on. On the other hand, when you choose *not* to act, you often end up carrying around those lingering 'what if' questions for years. The regret from missed opportunities tends to stick with people much longer and can feel a lot heavier.

Here are the main points people usually bring up:

- **Action gives you feedback.** 
Mistakes from trying something teach you things you could never learn by just sitting on the sidelines. Most people would rather say, 'At least I tried,' than wonder forever what might have happened.

- **Regret from inaction usually lasts longer.** 
The pain of a bad decision (action regret) is often sharp but temporary — you process it, learn from it, and move forward. But the regret of *not* doing something can linger for a very long time.

- **The power of the unknown.** 
When you don’t take action, the outcome remains a complete mystery. That 'what if' can haunt people way more than the memory of something that went wrong.

- **Regret isn’t always bad.** 
It can actually be useful. It helps clarify what really matters to us and can guide us toward better decisions in the future.

Of course, there are some exceptions. A few people point out that if your actions seriously hurt someone else, that kind of regret can be much deeper and longer-lasting than simply missing out on an opportunity.

Overall, this philosophy encourages us to lean toward action and take calculated risks rather than playing it safe and later regretting the chances we didn’t take.

We prolly be thankful to them cuz they made us how we are now... Just the pain we need to endure when we are still lost and felt stupid at that time, but in the end we become more stronger and the fighter we are before got back on our feet and fight any battle again💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

-The times when we had a bad and painful expirence that we've learned our lesson that we'll never do it again. It's the same with having a painful expirence with a person whether your ex or a friend that person will be like a place that you don't want to visit again.....

Before you date her.

You have to understand that she is damaged. 

There are days where she is triggered easily, and struggles with particular things.

There will be times where she won’t talk to anyone, and shut most people out. 

She isn't going to be able to trust you for certain amount of time, because everyone has left her, cheated on her or chose someone else over her, so she will need more reassurance than the average person. 

She will need you to keep choosing her on a daily basis. 

She will need you to stop what you're doing and reply to her in depthly when she texts you asking ”do u still want me?” 

She's "alot" and she knows this, but there was a time in her life where happiness flourished like never before and the glass was filled to the brim with love and positivity until someone came along and mistreated her. 

It's not going to be easy, but once you show her.... that your intentions your genuine and you will stay by her side through everything in life, then you will experience one of most purest forms of love in existence.
