What should I be?

I have a degree in psychology but now I want to be a psychiatrist so I applied and got accepted into MedSchool at 23 but it’s so hard for me since I left pure sciences 4 years ago. Should I pursue this dream or should I pursue a Masters in Clinical Psychology?
