I want to ask you something, it's something only a man can give a true answer too, I'm sure all women are thinking this but some never ask.

What do men think of beauty standards on a real life woman compared to the media ?

Do men prefer body hair, spots, stretch marks etc on a real woman or do they prefer the fake artificial chemical look of a Barbie ?

I can only speak for myself, and I mostly go off of the energy a woman gives off. I have been with women who would be considered by the media as attractive and women who would be considered plain.

We don’t care about standards we are all different but no most of us don’t want her to have body hair other imperfections are fine its the little imperfections that keeps a man interested only vain men care about having a barbie most of us want someone real and natural like we hate makeup fake nails and lashes fake hair etc body hair is the only one i see in your question that guys don’t care for the media is bs don’t listen to indoctrination be yourself there will be someone who wants you

"Entertainment Standards" have some curb appeal, but no substance.

To lay it out in a way only a mechanic or cat guy in general can;
 Having a hot fast little 2 seater is fun... but it is useless a grocery getter, it will not haul "the wife and kids". So, when it comes to settling down realistically, the hot little 2 seater toy goes and something more mature, realistic, and comfortable is in order... it will no doubt have some mileage, it may have some dents and dings, and it may not even be a pretty ride... but it will be a loyal family car.

For those that struggle with metaphors;

That skinny fake barbie might be fun, but she's not wife material at all.
 Realistically a good man wants a woman he can grow with and not worry about who is going to try to get at her because she's loyal AF.

Personally I'd rather a gal be a little thick than be under or overweight
