Never thought of it this way but makes sense as I tend to get caught up in my thinking the more aware and considerate I am of others in a situation/moment 😅

These last couple of seasons have helped me realize how more true energy I could give off and receive vs holding it in for a scenario that may not even exist but in my own mind. I found myself being okay with letting things play out in a more authentic way rather than always feeling manipulative and controlling  something because then I’m just limiting myself and not letting the world and other living consituents help to create or share greater moments of life

I think by overloves this post simply means people who get very attached and dependent. It doesn't sound as nice when you say it truthfully and honestly rather than saying it in a way that makes it sound "nice".
