Chatbot with gemini api

I've been keeping an eye on AI for a while now and even played around with different models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini... But I always wanted to build something of my own. So, I've decided to create my own chatbot using the free Gemini API. I'm really keen to dive deeper into this and maybe even develop and train my own model in the future. However, for now, I don’t have the resources to rent a powerful server to make it happen. I'm writing this to see if there are others on Boo who are also passionate about AI? Do you have your own projects, maybe still in progress or already up and running? And are you interested in sharing experiences, ideas, or exchanging info about your personal projects? Also, I'm curious how you guys are using AI in your work or daily life. What tasks have you already delegated to AI, and what tasks would you like to, but haven't quite figured out yet?

While Im not trying to create my own, I applaud your efforts. Ive been using it for about a month now. I haven't used it for tasks, but more for inquiries about life in general. I find it extremely helpful in the fact that you can get feedback that doesn't appear to have an agenda. It's helped me with organization in regards to moving forward in my life. If you find it hard to articulate your thoughts or you need an opinion that isn't biased this is the is the program for you.
