Way of Kings

anyone interested in re-reading Way of Kings (by Brandon Sanderson) with me? 🤔 I read it when it first came out way back in 2010 (to distract myself from all of the crazy stuff I had going on at that point in my life) and as I have been embarking on a Game of Thrones rewatch recently I found myself looking for a less "gratuitously and unnecessarily graphic" fantasy series - although I wish the Stormlight Archive series was available as an HBO series with the same budget as Thrones, the first couple of books in this unadapted book series were SO GOOD (or at least I remember really liking them back when I first read them before I started down a path that distracted me from my reading ambitions altogether) -- I tried really hard to get into the GOT books but I prefer a series that doesn't require taking notes and doing a family tree lookup every time a new character is introduced 😭 lol I went to restart the first book and tried to remember the main characters and while some sounded familiar a decade+ after first starting down that series... I remember "Kaladin" as a name and I know for sure that I should know who that is but I totally don't remember his character 😳 so instead of starting at the first book that I haven't read [book 3 of 5] I'm going to restart from the beginning... anyone care to join me for a "chapter a day" debrief? (Or 2 chapters every other day? Or maybe 5 chapters per week or something?) (edited)
