Go to game when depressed

It gets hard sometimes to enjoy my games when depression kicks my butt, what are some games you play that help? I've been playing no mans sky, hunt and snare, and Skyrim, but I just don't get the same joy I used to anymore.

I've recently started Avowed and I've really been enjoying it so far. Any game with good companions usually helps lift my spirit. Dragon Age Veilguard or Dragon Quest 11 are also good choices

Do you like slow paced cozy/satisfying games? If so, I would recommend slime rancher 2, infinity Nikki, and powerwash simulator. From my playthrough, all of these games were easy to pick up for the first time and brought a sense of hope and accomplishment as I played them. On top of being relatively inexpensive and visually pleasing, it was like a new dream job, a relaxing island getaway, and a life of fantasy within a magical world. Even if these select few aren't your taste, I'd still suggest you try them out if you feel down

Personally I loved the hollow knight series, but as I play through Clair Obscure: Expedition 33 it just made me wanna cry for people that I don't even know. What's your game that moved you emotionally?
