A lot can change in a little over a years time
Over the past 10ish years I’ve only really played video games. I hyper fixated on them so much that it’s all I ever wanted to do. I neglected every other aspect of my life from my health to my social life. It even contributed to me dropping out of High School (among other things) After a combination of a med change, me loosing even more interest in video games, and also just generally being unhappy and disinterested in life in general I knew I needed a change. At the start of 2023 I started working to make that change. I started with cleaning up my diet and going back to High School. I graduated after 3 weeks and got my first job shortly after I graduated. Reached out and have caught up with some old friends. Then started going to the gym for the first time in my life. Now I’m also working on classes for a Pharmaceutical Technician Certification. And I’m down 40 pounds. (Started at 220 now 180lbs) I still play some video games now and then but, I knew I needed a change. It may have taken a little over a years time, and I still have more work ahead of me but, it all started with one step at a time

We all start somewhere
A little over 10 years ago I was in a car accident that changed my life. I was in the hospital for 6 months and came out at a little under 100 lbs. I was able to find a way to center myself, work on my pain management, and become confident in myself again. You can accomplish anything as long as... read more
