Breaking the cycle of Mother Wound by first healing oneself....
No pill, no drug, no medication will help you. Degrees, Wealth, Career success fails here. Hence read carefully. The mother wound is a generational trauma passed down from a mother to her children. It can impact so many parts of our lives: Mother's can carry their own unresolved generational trauma that stems from: abuse or neglect from their own parents, cultural conditioning, and wounding that came from their lived experiences. In today's environment of nuclear families, broken families, single working mothers, ...rarely do mothers also get time to work on the unhealed wounds of their childhood. If Parents can devote time on their mother wounds, and resolve issues, this will improve the quality of their parenting. Thus improving the emotional well being of their own children, and thus helping to break the cycle of mother wound.. Check DrNicole LePera on Twitter and YouTube. She is life changing. Do share this post with people who are struggling with childhood Trauma, Parenting issues, Depression, Chronic mood swings. Etc. Let's share, care and makes the world a better place. (edited)

PRO TIP: NAPPING
If you want to nap while the kids are home, just say "Wake me up in 30 minutes so we can clean the house." They will then do literally anything to avoid waking you.
